The AI Operators was founded in 2024 by John O'Brien, a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise technology strategy, transformation, and large-scale operational change. Today, John helps organizations move beyond AI experimentation by pairing practical strategy with hands-on delivery of AI agents, automation, voice solutions, and integrated business systems. He founded AIO to make AI useful where it matters most: in the day-to-day work that drives growth, service, and operational performance.
